Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure that integrates classical computing with emerging quantum algorithms.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers in exploring new paradigms in neural network efficiency and quantum error correction.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and milestones for the company's 2026 product release cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Familiarity with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
