Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms for Project 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time inference.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune deep learning models to ensure maximum accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and domain experts to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, preferably in a high-scale production environment.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with distributed computing (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
