Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive innovations
- Manage relationships with VCs, research institutions, and startup ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Drive R&D investments and innovation pipeline management
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
