Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architectural design and deployment of our 2026 AI and machine learning roadmap.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, with a strong focus on next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams to translate ambitious 2026 business goals into scalable technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model evaluation, and ethical AI deployment across the organization.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to a high-performing team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct rigorous performance tuning and optimization for complex, distributed AI systems.
- Represent the company's technical vision at industry conferences and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a principal or architectural capacity.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying highly scalable, production-grade AI models.
- Strong understanding of future tech trends and the 2026 AI landscape, including multimodal AI and edge computing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience building and leading high-velocity engineering teams.
