Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models directly into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate complex business requirements into advanced AI solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency, ensuring low-latency performance in high-throughput systems.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for automated model training, validation, and retraining.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of AI models to ensure reliability, scalability, and fairness.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest research advancements in AI and deep learning into our product stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on Generative AI or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, high-performance computing, and parallel processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
