- Quantify market readiness for breakthrough technologies through patent analysis and competitive benchmarking
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and ethical AI deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Published research in IEEE/Nature on technology adoption patterns
- Experience with policy advisory for federal tech initiatives (e.g., NIST AI Framework)
