Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from lab to market
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnerships)
