Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models (LLMs, Computer Vision, NLP) focused on the 2026 tech stack.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for low latency and high throughput in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model monitoring to ensure production reliability and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and research papers to implement cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
