Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable infrastructure for large-scale machine learning models and AI workloads.
- Design high-availability, low-latency systems to support real-time AI inference and training pipelines.
- Optimize cloud resources across AWS and Azure to reduce costs while maximizing computational performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate new AI models into production environments.
- Establish security best practices and governance frameworks for sensitive AI data.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a systems architecture or infrastructure role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with experience building high-throughput microservices.
- Proven experience deploying and managing AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) on Kubernetes and cloud environments.
- Strong background in distributed systems, database design, and caching strategies (Redis, Cassandra).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
