Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the 'Project 2026' strategic roadmap.

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Quantum) for potential integration.
- Present strategic insights, forecasts, and progress reports directly to the C-suite.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and forward-thinking ideation across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional tech initiatives from concept to launch.
- Deep understanding of emerging technology landscapes and future market trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
