Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap for AI and automation initiatives, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable Machine Learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics systems.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI, Neuro-symbolic AI) to identify high-impact opportunities for our product suite.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, MLOps, and ethical AI usage to ensure responsible innovation.
- Drive innovation through internal hackathons and prototype development for the 2026 product lines.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or AI Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, multi-year transformation projects and architectural overhauls.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, CI/CD, and scalable data pipelines (Kafka, Spark).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
