Responsibilities

- <li><strong>Architect Future-Proof Systems:</strong> Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and complex neural computations.</li>
- <li><strong>Lead R&D Initiatives:</strong> Spearhead research into emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Multimodal AI, and Neuromorphic computing to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.</li>
- <li><strong>Model Optimization:</strong> Drive the optimization of inference pipelines and model quantization to ensure real-time latency requirements are met in edge computing environments.</li>

Qualifications
- <ul>
- <li><strong>Education:</strong> Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).</li>
- <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Deep Learning and AI systems architecture.</li>
- <li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Deep knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX frameworks. Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) is essential.</li>
- <li><strong>Algorithmic Mastery:</strong> Strong grasp of optimization algorithms, distributed computing, and computer vision or NLP principles.</li>
- <li><strong>Problem Solving:</strong> Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, unstructured problems and deliver results in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.</li>
