- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $5M+ in NSF and DoD quantum computing grants
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory and topological qubit engineering
- Develop quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum supremacy or fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion quantum processors
- Track record of securing federal quantum research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms
- Experience leading cross-functional R&D teams of 10+ scientists
