Responsibilities
- Roadmap Leadership: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI integration, specifically targeting milestones and innovations relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable AI architectures that can handle high-volume data processing and complex machine learning workloads.
- Model Optimization: Spearhead the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools to enhance product performance.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Innovation: Research emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, neuromorphic engineering) to prepare our stack for the future.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product managers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering high-impact projects on time.
