Responsibilities
- Architect and define the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI ecosystem and large-scale neural networks.
- Lead a world-class team of ML engineers and data scientists in research and production deployment.
- Optimize model inference for edge devices and high-throughput cloud environments using CUDA and Rust.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and security in AI systems.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate scientific breakthroughs into market-ready features.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in natural language processing and multimodal learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, GPU computing, and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
