- Regulatory Compliance: Navigate and ensure compliance with evolving global AI regulations, including the EU AI Act and future US frameworks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead workshops with engineers, ethicists, and legal teams to integrate ethical considerations into the product lifecycle.
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct rigorous impact assessments on new AI models to identify and mitigate potential biases and risks.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or a related field (Master's with significant experience considered).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML development, software architecture, or technology policy.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and data science principles.
