Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error correction protocols for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Architect quantum-resistant security systems for enterprise clients
- Conduct performance optimization of quantum circuits on emerging hardware platforms
- Develop patent-pending quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define next-generation quantum processor specifications
- Create technical documentation and training materials for quantum adoption initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- 3+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum software development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
