- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct research and prototyping of emerging AI paradigms to ensure our technology stack is future-proof.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance in all model deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with NLP, LLMs, and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
