Responsibilities

- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI models, focusing on NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms for latency, throughput, and accuracy to ensure peak production performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to translate business goals into technical AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Research Integration: Stay at the forefront of AI research and integrate novel techniques into our production stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and MLOps principles.
- Cloud Proficiency: Experience deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
