We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Engineer to join Synapse Future Labs and help define the technology stack of the Year 2026.
In this pivotal role, you will architect and deploy next-generation agentic AI systems designed to revolutionize enterprise operations. We are looking for someone who not only understands current deep learning paradigms but is also obsessed with the emerging trends of the 2026 era.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced neural network architectures for LLMs and multimodal models.
- Lead the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, ensuring robust model deployment and monitoring.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time applications.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to integrate emerging 2026-era technologies into production.
- Evaluate and fine-tune open-source models (e.g., GPT-Next, Llama 4).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define AI product roadmaps.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of transformer models, attention mechanisms, and RLHF.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI applications.
- Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architectures.
