Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of next-generation Autonomous AI Agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning and self-correction.
- Define the technical roadmap for our LLM infrastructure, focusing on optimization, fine-tuning, and deployment strategies for 2026 standards.
- Oversee the integration of Multimodal AI systems, unifying text, vision, and audio processing into cohesive user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) pipelines.
- Ensure the scalability and resilience of our AI infrastructure, implementing robust monitoring and governance frameworks.
- Drive technical decision-making, mentoring senior engineers, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in high-performance programming languages, including Python, Rust, or C++.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and vector databases.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
