Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, next-generation neural network architectures optimized for hybrid quantum-classical environments.
- Lead the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with futuristic scalability and security standards.
- Mentor a high-performing team of AI researchers and machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical AI breakthroughs into commercial applications.
- Optimize existing algorithms for latency and throughput in distributed cloud systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust with a strong command of GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
