Responsibilities

- Optimize existing models for performance, latency, and accuracy using techniques such as quantization and pruning.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant breakthroughs into our products.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, specifically Transformers and LLMs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
