Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructures: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) architectures tailored for enterprise deployment.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D efforts to pioneer new algorithms and model fine-tuning techniques that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Model Optimization: Optimize model performance, reduce latency, and ensure high availability of AI services across distributed cloud environments.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Ethical AI Governance: Oversee the implementation of responsible AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; extensive experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- System Design: Proven ability to design distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams and complex computations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
