Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems targeting deployment in 2026 and beyond.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in research and development of generative AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for high-volume production environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
