Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures capable of supporting future AI and machine learning workloads.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and advanced neural networks.
- System Optimization: Lead the optimization of system latency and throughput, ensuring zero-downtime performance at scale.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years leading technical teams or projects.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, Go, or C++; experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and their deployment architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of architecting complex systems that solve real-world problems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
