In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our AI solutions are robust, ethical, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure for high-volume data processing.
- Lead research and development efforts in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Ethics Boards) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms to improve latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools to production.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
