Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines and data processing workflows.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and AI roadmaps.
- Ensure AI systems are compliant with emerging data privacy and ethical AI standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in AI engineering.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models.
- Experience with MLOps tools and model monitoring frameworks.
