Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for the 2026 project roadmap.
- Lead architectural decisions and guide engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical mentoring.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
