Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI Roadmap 2026, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines for generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Lead a team of senior data scientists and engineers to prototype and deploy production-ready models.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, Computer Vision, Quantum AI) and integrate them into our core ecosystem.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance.
- Drive stakeholder communication to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (10+ years of experience required).
- Proven track record of leading AI strategy initiatives in high-growth tech environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-based ML infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience managing large-scale datasets and designing robust MLOps pipelines.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
