Responsibilities
- Lead System Design: Architect and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models, focusing on LLMs and multimodal systems.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization for inference latency and model accuracy.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, specifically relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Infrastructure: Oversee the MLOps pipeline, ensuring scalability and reliability in production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Specialization: Deep understanding of Transformers, GANs, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
