Job Description
Are you ready to define the future of intelligent automation? Nexus Future Systems is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect (Agentic AI 2026) to spearhead our next generation of autonomous agents.
We are not just building AI; we are engineering the cognitive infrastructure for 2026 and beyond. In this pivotal role, you will design the architecture for our flagship Agentic AI platform, bridging the gap between advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and real-world, high-stakes enterprise applications. You will lead a team of brilliant minds in pushing the boundaries of reasoning, planning, and self-correction in AI systems.
If you are passionate about the intersection of generative AI, decision-making algorithms, and scalable software engineering, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, multi-agent AI systems capable of complex, autonomous decision-making workflows.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Design and implement cutting-edge Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance knowledge accuracy.
- Lead the integration of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies into the core AI stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate AI capabilities into tangible user value.
- Research and prototype novel architectures for next-generation AI reasoning capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning methodologies, and model alignment.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and MLOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex for building agentic workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
