- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
- Mentor junior engineers in cutting-edge development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven success in emerging tech adoption
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on AI, quantum systems, or biotech
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, ACM) on future technologies
- Experience leading $10M+ technology transformation projects at Fortune 500 companies
