Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning models and deep learning algorithms to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Research Leadership: Lead internal research projects and publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) to establish our thought leadership.
- Production Deployment: Translate research prototypes into scalable, production-ready services using MLOps best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user-facing applications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research and engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray).
- Modeling: Deep understanding of Neural Networks, Transformers, and NLP techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
