Responsibilities
- Lead the Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, specifically targeting breakthroughs achievable by 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI models and neural network architectures that can handle petabytes of data.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- R&D Innovation: Experiment with cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Machine Learning and Autonomous Agents.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce best practices for code, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years in leading AI or Machine Learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-scale environments.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
