Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and emerging market trends.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into existing product suites to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Establish and enforce best practices for coding, security, and deployment pipelines.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies (Web3, Quantum computing readiness, etc.) for potential implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or a related technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale software projects.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the future of technology and its application in business.
