Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to establish long-term technical vision and strategic milestones for the upcoming years.
- Design Scalable Architectures: Build robust, fault-tolerant systems using microservices and serverless computing to support high-traffic AI workloads.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Mentor senior engineering teams and drive the adoption of GenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs) across the organization.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine model inference pipelines and data architecture to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as a liaison between engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into business value.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture or machine learning engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about product lifecycles and long-term technical debt management.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
