Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to inform 5-year strategic initiatives
- Develop predictive frameworks for market disruptions in Web3, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with stakeholders across R&D, marketing, and product
- Author quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive decision-making
- Curate an innovation pipeline by scouting emerging startups and academic breakthroughs
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and industry futurist forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into profitable business models
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Harvard Business Review, WIRED)
- Fluency in at least two of: Mandarin, Arabic, or German for global trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 2020-2025 trend predictions
