Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, distributed AI systems capable of handling the complex compute demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the R&D efforts for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents, defining technical roadmaps for the future.
- Optimize Model Performance: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of models to ensure high accuracy, low latency, and optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate on Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, bias mitigation, and responsible AI usage in all projects.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; extensive experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, deep learning architectures, and model optimization techniques.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
