In this role, you won't just implement existing frameworks; you will architect the infrastructures of tomorrow. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and edge computing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines optimized for the 2026 computing landscape.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product lines.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy compliance, and robust model governance.
- Optimize model performance for latency and throughput in production environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and algorithms.
