Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers from ideation to launch
- Identify emerging tech trends through market analysis and academic partnerships
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling investor presentations
- Prototype and validate disruptive solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Establish strategic alliances with Fortune 500 partners for co-development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong background in securing venture capital or corporate funding
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences
- Fluency in agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping
