- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Develop future-proof talent acquisition and development strategies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing convergence
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
