Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and implementation of generative AI models and reinforcement learning systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance with emerging regulations (e.g., AI Act 2026).
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system reliability.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure high accuracy and robustness.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs and NLP systems.
- Strong understanding of system design patterns, distributed computing, and data pipelines.
