Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company's 2026 vision and business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Systems) to drive innovation.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for AI deployment and data usage.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor junior leaders and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science leadership roles.
- Proven track record of defining and executing strategic roadmaps for AI initiatives.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at the C-level.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and high-performance engineering teams.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
