Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning and AI pipelines designed for 2026 enterprise needs.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision to stay ahead of market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Establish and enforce MLOps best practices to ensure model reliability, performance, and security.
- Define technical standards and mentor a team of talented data scientists and engineers.
- Conduct rigorous testing and optimization of AI models for production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Proven experience designing MLOps pipelines using tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, or AWS SageMaker.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
