Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end design and deployment of advanced AI architectures aligned with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to translate business vision into scalable, future-proof technical specifications.
- Lead a high-performance team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of relentless innovation.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-AI, AGI frameworks) into our core product offerings.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI development, model governance, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Present technical strategies and progress updates to key stakeholders, board members, and at premier industry conferences.
- Continuously optimize existing AI pipelines to ensure maximum computational efficiency and reduced latency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused specifically on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale, distributed AI systems in a cloud-native environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep expertise in modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (Python, C++, Rust).
- Strong understanding of next-gen computational paradigms and edge AI processing.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring and scaling high-caliber engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
