Responsibilities
- Define and implement the high-level architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Oversee the integration of AI/ML models into core infrastructure pipelines.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks before they impact delivery timelines.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding cloud infrastructure, microservices, and edge computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
