Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 AI roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and generative AI models.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize model performance and reduce inference latency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring seamless CI/CD integration for AI models.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing integration, next-gen NLP) and recommend strategic pivots.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and data governance frameworks.
