Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure and generative models for the 2026 roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including quantum computing integration and neuromorphic engineering.
- Strategic Vision: Translate abstract futuristic concepts into concrete, executable technical roadmaps and product features.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to align technical capabilities with market demands.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to global ethical standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) architectures.
- Future-Proof Skills: Experience with edge computing, cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and quantum algorithm design is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
