In this role, you will define the architectural blueprint for our proprietary AI models, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and capable of handling the demands of global scale.
Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical roadmap for AI and Machine Learning capabilities leading up to 2026 and beyond.
- Design and implement highly scalable distributed systems using microservices and serverless architectures.
- Lead the architecture and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and compliance with industry standards (GDPR/CCPA).
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
